Vacation Rental Description

If you are looking for a vacation villa close to Disney World, then look no further!

Indian Creek, the community on which this accommodation in Orlando can be found, is a quiet retreat from the busy park areas and days at home are made all the more relaxing with the location of our villa.

The pool area at the back of our home overlooks native fauna (you can even hear the crickets at night!) and on either side, 'Tropical View' is fenced from its neighbours, for greater privacy and quiet. Our Orlando accommodation, which is all ground-floor, is tastefully decorated throughout, and additional features include updated family DVD films and a range of family games. We aim to provide guests with as much comfort and help as we can, to ensure they get the best from a wonderful holiday in Orlando.

There are three master suites (2 kingsize, which open on to the pool deck from their bathrooms) and one queen-size, as well as the two twin-bedded rooms with shared bathroom. All bedrooms and the lounge area have cable television with built-in DVD/VCR.

The kitchen is fully-equipped, whilst laundry facilities are located in a separate utility room. Guests have the choice of eating in the dining room, in a dining area off the kitchen, or beneath the covered lanai by the pool deck. Our pool area includes larger than average sun deck, with four loungers. Those with younger children have the security of knowing there is a purpose-designed safety fence poolside, and alarms on all outer doors. 

In addition to a large double garage, there is on-drive parking for two vehicles.

Indian Creek is a quiet park-residential community which has a small children's playground, tennis court, putting green and multi-purpose court. For golfers, the Mystic Dunes Golf Course is within walking distance and was designed by PGA Tour player and NBC golf analyst Gary Koch.

Indian Creek is just off Highway 192, 2 miles from Disney Maingate and close to a wide range of restaurants including the Australian Outback Steakhouse, Italian, Chinese, Japanese and specialist fish restaurants, TGI Fridays and various other favourites. There is even a British-owned photo shop at the nearby Formosa Gardens.

'Tropical View' is a luxury 5-bed/4-bath accommodation in Orlando located just 5 minutes from Disney Maingate and 15 minutes from Seaworld/Universal Studios. It is also very accessible to all the shops, golf , restaurants and other amenities of Orlando.
