5* luxury beautifully furnished and maintained, single storey, wheelchair friendly, 4 bedroom/3 bathroom Florida holiday rental villa with private pool and jacuzzi. set within Windsor palms resort, top rated gated community.

first bedroom is king sized en-suite, with separate tub and shower. cable tv and walk in closet with plenty of storage space and pool access via alarmed door.

second bedroom is queen sized en-suite with shower over the tub. cable tv, plenty of closet and storage space

third and fourth bedrooms each have 2 single beds and share a bathroom with shower over the tub. both have plenty of storage space.

the kitchen is fully equipped with oven and hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, all pots pans, crockery and cutlery you need. Just off the kitchen is a laundry area with washer and tumble dryer.

there is a breakfasting table set in a sunny spot overlooking the pool and doors accessing the pool with an alarm to alert you to children near the pool.

the family area has large cable tv, playstation2, stereo and comfortable furniture (sofa beds). there is a small selection of books and games

there is a formal dining table in a quiet nook.

the games room has a pool table, airhockey and foozball table.

within windsor palms resort, there is an olympic sized swimming pool, toddler pool, toddler play area, barbeque areas, tennis, basketball and volleyball courts (refundable hire charge for equipment)

there is a clubhouse with gym, business centre, small supplies store, 60 seat cinema, meeting room, pool tables and more...

Windsor Palms resort is 3 miles from Disney world and all its parks, less than 10 minutes drive! There is mystic dunes golf course right across the road.

The 192 with all its stores, restaurants and entertainment is only 5 minutes drive away.

Formosa gardens boulevard is only 3 minutes drive and has several stores and restaurantes and a brand new crazy-golf course. Sea world and Universal studios are 20 minutes drive away on easily accessible roads.

Busch gardens is an hours drive away.

There are several shopping outlets within 20 minutes drive of windsor palms.

windsor palms offers a shuttle service to the major attractions for a small charge. this is booked at the supplies store on resort.
