This fantastic Orlando vacation villa oozes luxury and class and will be the perfect vacation home. Located in the community of Formosa Gardens and two miles from Disney, this is the perfect family villa.

Within this luxury villa you can relax and enjoy the family room/lounge with large flat screen TV (satellite), DVD, VCR and Xbox.

This Orlando villa has a king size bed in the master bedroom and is the ultimate in luxury with ceiling fan, satellite TV, telephone/fax. It has it's own large en-suite with his and hers wash basins, shower, bath and WC, a walk-in closet and wall safe, all to make you will feel like royalty.

There is a second king bedroom, a queen bedroom and a Winnie the pooh themed room with 2 twin beds. The other twin bedroom has a twin bed plus a full sized double bed plus Mickey and friends. This is more than just a bedroom there is a seating area for games and activities.

The villa is fully alarmed. With children in mind all the doors leading to the pool are alarmed so no one can enter the area without the alarm sounding. It is also equipped with smoke alarms.

Cots, high chair, and toddler bed can be provided.

The large swimming pool with relaxing spa is designed for all ages and the perfect environment for your Orlando vacation.

There is a large lanai, which is ideal for eating outside, with furniture and non-breakable crockery provided. When you want to get out of the kitchen you can always use the BBQ.
