Vacation Rental Description

Our luxury 4 bedroom, 2 storey villa is set in the new quiet Silver Creek community, near Orlando. Offers upgraded furniture, two master bedrooms with en-suite and TV. Two twin bedrooms with TV/VCR /DVD combis. Family bathroom and downstairs closet.

Air conditioning & ceiling fans in every room, Cable TV & CD Hi-Fi System in the living room. A 26ft screened swimming pool and spa overlooking a conservation area complete our lovely villa to make your stay unforgettable.

Our beautiful 26ft private heated swimming pool and spa with under water lighting overlook a conservation area. Our guests have often spotted a family of cranes in the garden. The pool area is fully enclosed by a fine mesh lanai that lets the sun in but keeps insects out. The patio is equipped with outdoor pool furniture including a table, chairs & loungers. Now with FREE wireless broadband internet access, Games room, mini welcome pack, high chair and cot.

Our villa is only minutes away from over 30 golf courses, including Greg Norman's championship 18 hole Champions Gate and the Jack Nicklaus' Grand Cypress.

Clearwater on the West coast is only 1.5 hours away.
Daytona Beach on the East coast is under one hour.
Cocoa Beach is only 45 minutes away.

Orlando International Airpot (MCO) is approx 40 minutes away.
Sanford airport is approximately 60 minutes away.
Car hire is available from both locations.
We will supply directions to our villa from both locations on completion of booking.

Notes on Villa Prices

A non-refundable 20% deposit required to secure booking
Final payment to be settled 6 weeks prior to departure
Payments can be made by cheque or using your credit/debit card on the secure PayPal link on our website
Prices shown in UK pounds per week for 2006 and 2007 inclusive of US taxes
$22 USD a day for pool heating if requested. We are able to arrange cots and highchairs
Stays of less than 6 days can be arranged but will be subject to an additional $85 USD cleaning charge
