This Orlando Villa offers a Holiday Velvet Special, meaning that the pool will be heated for free between October and May May (spa heat is always free)!

Our 12 guests can sleep comfortably in the 3 king size, 1queen size, 2 full beds and on the sleeper sofa. The Orlando villa features 3 bathrooms one including a shower and garden tub, one a shower/tub combo and one only a shower. Thi holiday villa is professionally furnished and decorated to the highest standards and there are cable TV and ceiling fans in all bedrooms.

The kitchen of this Orlando villa is fully equipped offering you everything you might need and for your relaxation time you havea private screened-in (enclosed) in-ground pool and automatic spa in the backyard.

Living space amounts to 2216 square feet (2765 total under roof). Locking safe in master bedroom closet. No pets and no smoking. No RV's allowed on the resort (must be parked offsite)

The Orlando villa is located in the beautiful Emerald Island Resort which has a 24-hour manned gated entrance. There is a clubhouse at the resort offering a tiki bar, Sundry shop, cyber cafe, community pool and spa, sauna, exercise/fitness room, tennis and basketball courts, sand villeyball, meeting room, concierge service, etc.

The villa is 2 miles from Disney property and about a 5 minute drive. We are off of US 192, about 2 miles west of I-4 and World Drive. There are many shops and restaurants very close-by.

Emerald Island is in the Formosa Gardens Area and is the closest residential area to Disney.

2. minimum stay of 4 nights between June and August
3. Rest of the year minimum stay of 3 nights

5. $105 clean fee
6. $250 deposit required to reserve the unit for your dates
7. $500 damage deposit will be placed on a credit card at time of arrival. This is released within 10 days after departure with no damage to the home
