Orlando villa Cumbrian Manor comprises of 5 large double bedrooms including 3 master suites, 2 spacious sitting areas, 2 dining areas and a pool and jacuzzi which is fully screened and has poolside shower for your convenience.

There's one master bedroom with King Size Bed with ensuite bathroom, two master bedrooms with Queen size bed with ensuite bathroom and two twin bedroom with single beds with shared bathroom. There's also a toilet downstairs situated just off the family room. For an additional person there is also a fold down bed in living room for additional sleeping place. All master bedrooms in this Orlando villa have TV's For your entertainment and there is a fully air conditioned games room.

The pool and jacuzzi can be heated if required and have underwater illumination.

Cumbrian Lakes is located near the 192 in Kissimmee, about 10 minutes from Disney, Orlando. It's a brand new executive gated community set in a conservation area of 120 acres with lovely lakes, providing a haven for wildlife including cranes, ospreys, and blue heron. Beautiful landscaping surrounds the homes and there is a nature trail around one of the lakes together with a communal children's play area.

There are numerous shops and restaurants including a large twenty four hour Wal-Mart within five minutes drive on the 192.
