Because your family deserves the best, our smoke-free Orlando holiday villa features three master bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, one of them in the first floor. The bedding includes one king bed, one queen bed and two twin beds, plus a queen size sofa-bed and a beautiful Disney Theme Room for the Kids. TV/DVD in each bedroom.

You will love our South-facing screened-in deck and private splash Pool. Because we travel often with our young children, we offer you a very child-friendly home with basic baby-proofing and amenities: Free Pack N Play Crib, Stroller, bed-rail and Highchair.

1. Prices are per night and include your entire group/family maximun occupancy 8 persons.
2. Please add 13% Florida Tax to all stays.
3. Full payment is due eight weeks prior to your arrival.
4. All cancelations must be received in writing.
5. Cancellation 8 weeks prior to your arrival, 100% refund, less $50 administration fee.
6. A security deposit of $250 (on credit card) is required, not charge to credit card just a form faxed to our management company.
