Kids will be kept busy here as there are a variety of games rooms that include air hockey, 2 disney themed kids rooms, VCR, DVD.

The community of Hampton Lakes Estates where the Ivybrook villa is located, offers a fantastic golf course and tennis courts, making it a perfect choice for a family vacation.

Hampton Lakes is an exclusive estate of luxury houses situated on Highway 27, just off the US 192. This is a prestigious and private community set amongst the gently rolling hills and orange groves of Northeast Polk County.

  The estate offers easy access to Interstate 4 (less than 5 minutes), which will take you to the beautiful white sandy beaches of the Gulf Coast or Westwards to Daytona Beach, Cocoa Beach and The Kennedy Space Center.
