With a fully equipped games room, a 46 inch widescreen, flatscreen TV (with upgraded cable program package) and DVD and TV/DVD combo's in all bedrooms, there is something to keep everyone happy!

Our home has: South facing, larger than average, extended heated pool and spa, Stunning natural conservation area views from the pool deck, Fully equipped games room, Two superb living rooms - ideal for large groups or two families needing some space, Dining room, kitchen, breakfast nook, full laundry room, 5 luxurious bedrooms, 3 of which have en-suite facilities, 4 luxury bathrooms. Significant upgrades to the build quality include: Cultured marble bathroom vanity tops and washbasins, Corian work surfaces in the kitchen, Italian ceramic tiled floors to living areas, 3 sets of French windowsbopening onto the pool deck. Our Air conditioned vacation rental home has: Two U.S. king size and one queen size beds and 4 single beds' Kitchen equipped with every imaginable utensil and appliance you or the 'Chef at at Home Service' may need, Free wireless broadband internet access, Free local, national and international calls (except to cell/mobile numbers), Door alarms and pool safety fence, Free welcome grocery pack, Close by acation home manager who will greet you at our home with your keys, On-site tennis courts, On-site tot-lots, On-site soccer pitches, On-site basketball courts. About Orlando Clermont

Orange Tree is tranquil and spacious. Unlike many communities, the lot sizes are very generous and you do not feel the homes are 'packed in'. There are some beuatiful 'walks' on Orange Tree and fantastic views around small lakes. Our home is at the top of a very quiet cul-de-sac and this means the only traffic you will see or hear is that of a couple of neigbours.

Our house backs onto wooded conservation land and the wildlif is just amazing we are just 8.9 miles to the Disney Parks Western entrance - close enough to all the 'action; but far enough away to enjoy the peace and beauty that the real Florida has to offer. Our vacation rental home is: 8.7 miles (takes on average 12 minutes drive) from the Disney Parks, 25 to 30 minutes drive (on average) from Universal Parks and Sea World, 45 minutes drive from Orlando International Airport, 55 minutes from both coasts, 65 minutes from Kennedy Space Centre, 5 minutes from Lake Louisa State Park, 5 minutes form several championship golf courses (special discounts for our guests apply, A stone's throw away from Walmart, pharmacy and other great shops and restaurants
