Vacation Rental Description

This luxury villa in Orlando is located in the prestigious Emerald Island gated resort with a lake in the back, only 3 Miles away from Walt Disney World and close to many golf courses, shops, restaurants and supermarkets.

The villa provides 3 bedrooms. The master one includes a Queen bed and a private bath, the other two share a bathroom and are furnished with Twin Beds. The stylish living room with a Queen sleeper sofa and with love seat is stylish furnished. Furthermore, there is a lovely formal dining area in the fully equipped open plan kitchen that can accommodate six guests and a WC downstairs.

Our townhouse in Orlando has a small patio off the living room and a small deck off the master bedroom. Both the patio and the deck are furnished with 2 chairs and they overlook our beautiful pond and conservation area. A charcoal grill is also provided on the deck.

5. Weekly rates given above are discounted 10%

6. Rentals of 14 nights or more get 20% discount from daily rates

7. Rentals of 21 nights or more get 25% discount from daily rates

8. Rentals of 28 nights or more get 30% discount from daily rates

9. Last minute rentals (arriving in the next 14 days) get 30% discount irrespective of the length of stay

10. Please add 13% Florida Tax

11. During Christmas/New Years, there is a 7 night minimum requirement
