This Orlando villa is the height of luxury and sits in half acre of beautifully landscaped gardens with prime location on the lake.

You can relax and enjoy the Mediterranean feel with Italian tiles throughout, Italian fine leather, wood shutters at the windows and a wealth of artwork and artefacts. There are two living rooms, one with 52" Home Theatre TV, surround sound, DVD, VCR, Playstation PS2 and numeous DVD's and videos. The two dining rooms can dine a minimum of 16 guests and a well equipped kitchen with side by side refrigerator and Corian worktops ensure that all your dinner parties go without a hitch. There's also a separate laundry with family capacity washer and two dryers, irons and ironing board. The popular games room is carpeted and furnished with a snooker table and a darts board.

The opulent master suite totals 47ft with king size bed, private sitting room with glorious lake views and French doors to the swimming pool includes a dressing room and a very luxurious bathroom.

The family suite includes a king bedroom with adjoining twin room and a bathroom.

There are also 3 queen bedrooms all with en-suite bathroom.

The fantastic lakeside pool offers palm trees a large sundeck with Plenty of sun-loungers and armchairs . The pool is gas heated with waterfall and fountains. The whole area is fenced for your protection with a lockable gate at the waters edge for those who would like to fish or nature watch. A gas BBQ supplied clean and a bottle of gas can be supplied.
