Vacation Rental Description

A stunning executive Orlando villa situated on an over sized plot in a tranquil setting in the community of Clear Creek, only 8 miles from Orlando. The main living area is luxuriously equipped, including sofas, a spacious dining area, a large cable T.V, with pay to view movies, a VCR and music system. The living area overlooks the private oversized 30 ft pool and deck, equipped with sun-loungers, table and seating.

The games room contains a 7ft pool table, table football, table air hockey and electronic dart-board. There is also a separate formal dining area, a large well-equipped kitchen, and a large breakfast nook.

The king sized master bedroom is equipped with cable TV, answer phone, floor safe and en-suite facility with a Roman tub.

The 2nd bedroom has a double bed with en-suite facility (shower, suitable for people with some disabilities, toilet, wash basin and vanity unit. The 3rd and 4th bedrooms twin bedrooms which share the third bathroom. All bedrooms have ample wardrobe space.

The wonderful private pool features a large deck area overlooking natural woodland and water and is south facing which means you get the sun all day.

The community of Clear Creek is a residential development just off US192 and US27 only 8 miles from World Drive leading to Walt Disney World.
