New luxury villas situated on the brand new development of Magic Landings. It is ideally located for quick access to all the attractions Orlando has to offer via the Florida Turnpike, so there is no need to get stuck in traffic.

The 4 bed 3 bath Villas is fully air-conditioned with all the facilities you would expect on such a prestigious development, including cable TVs in all bedrooms, superior quality furniture and kitchen facilities. The pool and Spa is totally private.

The villa is brand new and is located in Magic Landings gated community, the villa completion will be April 2007 so be the first to enjoy!! Situated on a large plot end house with woodlands to the side and backing onto a stream. The property has 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms. 2 Master suites both with en suite bathrooms & separate walk-in wardrobes, 2 twins with a family bathroom. All ensuite bedrooms have satellite TV's. Bed linen & towels are provided for your use. A fully fitted & equipped kitchen including: cooker, oven, microwave, large fridge/freezer, & dishwasher. A separate laundry room with washing machine, dryer & Iron. All cutlery, crockery, glassware & cooking utensils are provided. The villa has a 48' LCD Television, DVD, satellite, telephone with FREE local calls and a games room where you will find a Pool table & Foosball. An extra large Lanai area with heated swimming pool & spa, just what's needed after a hectic day at the Disney parks.

The pool area receives the sunshine throughout the day but there is a covered porch, which provides shade from the sun when required. The entire pool and patio area is fully screened to keep the bugs at bay. A totally private experience
