This beautiful luxury Orlando villa offers a tranquil setting in the community Clear Creek , yet is only 8 miles from the main gate of Disney and easy access to all the major attractions. The accommodation features a formal living, a formal dining area and a family room with a large 32" cable TV and DVD player. There are also several DVD's for your entertainment and a large games Room with a full size pool table, football table and electronic darts board!

There is a separate formal dining area, a large well-equipped kitchen, and a large breakfast nook.

The Master bedroom has a magnificent king size bed, an en-suite bathroom and walk in closet. The second master bedroom has a queen size bed and an en-suite bathroom. There is also one twin room and a themed bunk bed futon bedroom sharing a third bathroom.

The themed children's room doubles as a Children's Den with an extra cable TV and Play Station 2 + games!

Relax in the wonderful private heated pool which features a luxury spa/Jacuzzi, large deck area with ample seating for relaxing or al fresco dining!

There is also a covered lanai and access to a bathroom from the poolside!

The community of Clear Creek is a residential development just off US192 and US27 only 8 miles from World Drive leading to Walt Disney World.

At the entrance to Clear Creek you will find a shopping plaza, which includes a 24hr supermarket, pharmacy, dry cleaners, pizza delivery, post office and a bank.
