Vacation Rental Description

Located in the most fashionable street in Nice Messena pedestrian zone, this apartment could not be more central. It is close to the beach, the shops are on your doorstep, a park is at the end of the street and the old town is a short stroll away across the park.

This apartment has been recently renovated and completely refurbished. It is decorated in a modern contemporary style with a new leather sofa that converts into a large double bed.
The dining area has a modern glass table with seating for 4.
The bedroom contains a double bed, side tables, chest of drawers and a fitted wardrobe.
The bathroom is completely tiled throughout and has a large shower with bidet, vanity mirror and sink.
A south east facing balcony catches the morning sun and shade in the afternoons providing an ideal place to relax on those hot summer days. It is an ideal place to enjoy your breakfast or aperitif before your evening meal.
The apartment is minutes away from all public transport giving you easy access to all those must see areas on the Riviera. 15 minutes from the airport by bus, there is no need for a car here. The airport bus stops close by Rue Paradis.

If you do need a car, underground parking (pay) is available 50m from the apartment. The Promenade des Anglais also has some street parking. The apartment is on the top floor of a four storey building. The building has an elevator.

About Nice Nice Centre

Great Location - Not just close to the centre of Nice, but right in the centre, in the heart of the fashionable Messena Zone Pietonne (pedestrian) area on Rue Paradis. Just step outside the door for the best shops in town, you share the street with all the top designer shops - Chanel is located the same building.

The pedestrian area has a large variety of restaurants and cafes and there is always some street theatre, giving the area a character of its own. Close to beach, gardens, all main shops and less than 5 minutes walking distance from the old town.

It is close to many of the museums and within easy walking distance to the Nice Acropolis Convention and Exhibition - Palais des Congres et des Expositions - centre. Nice is within easy reach of all those dream resorts on the Cote d'Azur, Antibes, Cannes, Monaco and Menton to name but a few, using the well serviced public transport system. Ideally situated for the Nice carnival, Monaco Grand Prix and the Cannes film festival.

Notes on Apartment Prices

1. Prices are for the property per week in GB pounds (£) for 2 people sharing

2. Please add £45/70 euro extra for each additional person.
3. The price includes electricity, linen and towels (including beach towels), and unlimited broadband internet and end of stay servicing.
4. Deposit of 30% required with booking.
5. Full payment required minimum of 6 weeks before arrival.
6. Bookings made within 8 weeks of departure, full amount on confirmation. Bookings made within 8 weeks of arrival, full payment on confirmation.
7. Payment in the euro and stirling zones by bank transfer in GB pounds or euros. Electronic transfers preferred.
8. Credit cards, via Paypal, also accepted - this incurs a fee of + 4% to cover Paypal costs.
9. Outside the euro and stirling zones, payment is via Paypal using credit card. A surcharge of 4% to cover Paypal charges will be added to the rental.
10. Part weeks (minimum 4 days) considered outside peak periods (June-Sept). Arrivals are at a nominated time after 5pm. It may be possible to arrange times outside of this in advance - but this cannot be guaranteed. Checkout is 11:00am.
11. A security/damage deposit of £150/200 euro is payable before arrival. This will be returned within two weeks of departure.
