Vacation Rental Description

This is an unusual Nice apartment rental because the owner lives there for part of the year and only lets it out in the other months. Namey from Mid June to the beginning of October, and again from Mid December to beginning of March.

The Nice holiday apartment was attractively refurbished a few years ago and is comfortable and stylish. It is on the top floor and has the advantage of a beautiful roof terrace overlooking the town. The terrace is equipped with table and chairs to enjoy 'al fresco' meals. There are sun-loungers for relaxing in the sunshine.

The kitchen is compact but is well equipped with dishwasher, microwave, oven and good size fridge. There is also a washing machine in the apartment. The living room is attractively furnished with a settee, armchair dining table and chairs, TV radio, cd player.

About Nice Nice Centre

The Nice apartment rental is equal distant from the main railway station and the sea. The holiday apartment is in the district called “Musiciens”, between “rue Verdi” and “Rue Rossini”. From here it takes only 10 minutes walk to the pebble beach in front of the Hotel Negresco on the Promenade des Anglais and to the railway station on Avenue Thiers. Around the corner and close to the apartment there is a good selection of shops, supermarkets, wonderful bakeries and two indoor markets. Nearby there is also the pretty park of Alsace-Lorraine.

There are two good restaurants which are both less than 5 minutes walk: “Occitanie” where the the set meals are under 20 euros and for those who enjoy exotic food, the “Barachois” offering specialties from the island La Reunion.
For movie lovers we recommend the Rialto cinema, under 10 minutes walk from the apartment, where you can watch films in English.

3. non refundable deposit is 200 Euros plus the reimbursable security deposit of 150 Euros
