This holiday apartment in Nice has one double bedroom with an ensuite bathroom. A third guest can sleep in the comfortable sofa-bed in the living room. The kitchen is fully equipped with all you need to prepare your dinner at home.

This Nice accommodation with terrace has a wonderful book library, and French, German, Italian and English television channels. The owners provides tennis rackets for those feeling a little more energetic. You are welcome to use the communal swimming pool.

The best thing about this Nice apartment is the terrace. Here you can relax, drink a coffee and enjoy the view over the sea.

Please note: the neighbours are an aging couple so we kindly ask all guests to leave the terrace by 10pm. This apartment is not suitable for young groups of people.
