 The studio's 12 sqm living area comprises of central heating, double sofa bed, cupboard, TV, and video. It has a 3 sqm kitchen with electric hob, microwave, toaster, coffee machine, table, and 4 chairs. The 3m² shower room has shower, basin, and wc. At only 100m from Nice's famous, Promenade des Anglais, this vacation rental could not enjoy a better situation.     

 The capital of the Cote d’ Azur offers everything the region is famous for: glittering blue beaches, elegant architecture, eclectic shopping and exciting nightlife. Nice is also renowned for its wide cultural offering; The Matisse Museum is world renowned, holding a sizable collection of paintings from the artist credited with being one of the spearheads of the modern art movement, whilst Nice’s cutting edge MAMAC holds an eclectic collection of European and American art.

 Nice boasts 15 beaches in all, both public and private and nearly all featuring the city’s famous ‘blue chairs’, restaurants, parasols for hire and other facilities. Nice’s diverse setting, framed by the Mediterranean on one side and the rolling green hills on the other and proximity to the mountains offers a wide range of out door activity possibilities, from alpine skiing and including hiking to canyoning, para-gliding and rafting.
