This apartment has a marble-floored living-dining area with double sofa bed, plasma TV, DVD, and sliding door with view of the garden and sea. It has an 8m² kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, oven, microwave and all self-catering amenities. 

 The parquet-floored bedroom has air conditioning, a double bed, TV, cupboard, and sliding door, also with views. The second bedroom and twin beds and a sliding door to the terrace.

Nice’s diverse setting, framed by the Mediterranean on one side and the rolling green hills on the other and proximity to the mountains offers a wide range of out door activity possibilities, from alpine skiing and including hiking to canyoning, para-gliding and rafting.
