Vacation Rental Description

Our holiday apartment in Nice is situated in a quiet and sunny street, only 10 minutes by walk from the waterfront. Its location, nearby any kind of transportation but with everything within walking distance, will make this studio the perfect place for a romantic getaway or a couple of friends with a low-budget who want to discover the French Riviera.

The 25m2 Nice holiday studio is recently renovated and decorated, airy, with marble floors, in a nice building. There is a double-bed in mezzanine and a convertible double-bedding couch. In the morning, you will love putting the table in front of the large picture window and enjoy a sunny breakfast !

The kitchen is tiny but fully equipped and a shopping centre nearby will provide you with groceries and laundry services. The bathroom has a bathtub to relax in and a large closet will let you unpack and really make yourself at home!

About Nice Nice Port

Just a street away from the Nice holiday apartment, you will find many bus lines to any place in town, or along the coast or even to the mountains. The Nice-Riquier railway station is also a few paces away from the studio, with trains every 20 minutes to Cannes, Monaco and Italy.

If you like walking, 10 minutes away you will find the waterfront and many restaurants, and 15 minutes away is the historical centre with its gift shops and lively nightlife.

But the streets surrounding the apartment also have anything you might need : a small shopping centre, traditionnal restaurants, cafés and bars and children playground. The area will make you feel like you are in a small village : it is very genuine, though being in town !
