This stylish little 65m² holiday apartment in Nice on the Cote d' Azur sleeps up to two people in one bedroom and one bathroom and has pretty views. 

Situated at garden level this vacation rental is part of a large villa and set within enclosed grounds (shared by the owners) and is well-equipped for children. 

 The 30m² living area has table, 2-seater sofa, TV, and large glazed door to terrace with garden view. The apartment's 10m² kitchen is furnished with induction hob, oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, table, and 2 chairs. The bedroom is 15m² wide with queen size bed (160cm) and cupboard. Its shower room has a basin, shower, and wc. This apartment also includes cot, highchair, and baby bath.  

This holiday apartment in Nice is located in a residential area on the edge of Mont Boron Forest and a mere 30 minute walk from Nice and Villfranche sur Mer.

Nice boasts 15 beaches in all, both public and private and nearly all featuring the city’s famous ‘blue chairs’, restaurants, parasols for hire and other facilities. Nice’s diverse setting, framed by the Mediterranean on one side and the rolling green hills on the other and proximity to the mountains offers a wide range of out door activity possibilities, from alpine skiing and including hiking to canyoning, para-gliding and rafting.
