The apartment is located on the last floor of the building, and has an elevator.The apartment has two terraces, one each side, so that you'll never miss a minute of sunlight.

The living room of this Nice rental is very bright and is equipped with two sofas, a flat screen Tv and a DVD Player. It opens onto one of terraces.

The kitchenette is a part of the living room, and has an "bar". It is fully equipped, and very modern.
