Vacation Rental Description

This charming two-bedroom apartment, with Cable TV, in the Musiciens area, close to the Negresco Hotel. The beach and the Promenade des Anglais are 10 minutes walk. The apartment is spacious and the total area is over 80 square meters. There are two double bedrooms and the apartment can sleep up to six people. There’s a large open lounge with two sets of French doors leading onto the terrace, ideal for eating out. There is also a lovely open balcony area to enjoy the sun. The apartment is on the fifth floor, with elevator. Two English residents of Nice look after the apartment for us, and are available if needed. The American kitchen is fully equipped with washing machine, fridge freezer and microwave. Large lounge and dining room with TV, DVD, radio and settee.

About Nice Nice Centre

The apartment is under 10 minutes walk to the beach and the station. Restaurants, shops and markets are five minutes walk. If you know the Negresco, one of the world’'s most famous hotels, then your walk to the beach takes you past this landmark. The apartment is in the heart of Musiciens, a part of central Nice with street names such as Rossini, Verdi and Mozart. This part of Nice was built in the thirties and the apartment is in one of many art deco buildings sprinkled around this district. The apartment is close to the beautiful Alsace-Lorraine Square, with its statues, wonderful trees and great facilities for kids.

Notes on Apartment Prices

1. The flat may not be suitable for active young children as there are French windows in the main rooms

2. Rates are for two people. Add £30 per week for each additional person staying in the apartment
3. Sheets and towels are provided
4. The price includes a light clean at the end of your stay
5. Electricity is charged according to the meter
6. There is communal central heating provided for part of the year, which is not charged
7. Deposit 25% on booking
8. Full payment six weeks in advance of holiday
9. Additional deposit of £200 for breakages, lost keys etc., which will be returned after your stay
10. The deposit includes a charge of £20, should extra cleaning be needed
11. Arrival time 4 pm Check out time - 10 am
12. Please note the water in the shower can be extremely hot.
