New York rental description
This spacious New York accommodation is located in a classic Upper East Side brownstone between Lexington Avenue and Park Avenues . This apartment in New York is a studio in mint condition with an open kitchen and is located on the third floor. The kitchen is open to the living room and includes a 4-burner stove with oven, a microwave and coffee maker. There are all of the basic kitchen utensils, dishes, pots and pans et al. The living room has high ceilings and is equipped to sleep four people with a queen sized bed and a pull out sofa. There is also a large flat screen TV with DVD player, a/c, a small dining table with four chairs and a large storage closet. The bathroom has a bathtub/shower and very important especially for the Spring, Summer and Fall months, there is a large south-facing terrace comprising both an open and closed (gazebo-style) space with all the appropriate indoor and outdoor furniture provided. It all makes for a very nice place to enjoy a coffee and/or read a newspaper or book. The building provides a full laundry facility in the basement.

More than 30 days: In case of cancellation of a confirmed booking with more than 30 days prior warning, 100% of the booking deposit is forfeited.
Within 29 days: The cancellation of a confirmed booking within 29 days of the rental period entails the forfeiting of all payments made. The Client will also be liable for full amount of the rental rate.
If the client abandons the property, he loses all rights to any eventual refund or rebate.
If there's a "no-show" without the client giving prior warning to Holiday Velvet , the client is liable for 100% of the total booking amount.
Should you need to cancel the reservation due to unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather, airline cancellation, ill health etc, the same cancellation conditions as stated here apply.
As a precautionary measure, we strongly recommend that the Client purchase travel insurance.
