New York Apartment: Tribecca Studio

This is a nicely outfitted and well maintained New York loft vacation apartment about 850 sq. ft. It is located in a convenient and safe area of New York (Tribeca) that works well for traveling families. This vacation apartment has 2 separate sleeping areas with one spacious bath, with all towels and linens provided and a completely outfitted kitchen that is ready to cook in with many extras.

There is one queen bed in 1 sleeping area and in another smaller sleeping area is a bunkbed unit with 2 twin (single) beds in it, one over the other, as well as a double sofabed in living area.

The sleeping areas are separated from each other by an 8' solid wall that does not go to ceiling (our ceilings are12'6") and from living area by sliding fabric room dividers. Nicely furnished, stocked private laundry and wireless access. Apt works nicely for families such as a couple with 2 younger children or a couple traveling with a single friend or relative.

This New York vacation apartment is on the first floor landing/no elevator in a small quiet residential building in Tribeca (next to SOHO) on Franklin St. Tribeca is now the center of New York's film industry with much local movie production going on and  frequent area celeb spotting. This apartment is also near the new Hudson River Promenade that runs along the river all the way uptown and down with a childrens only playground nearby. Promenade is quite spectacular for walking or biking in a completely traffic free zone, with many sport activities going in, such as ping pong, tennis, basketball, skateboarding and mini golf. Boat basin is walking distance. All major subways eastside and westside right nearby, with taxis on corner, with easy access anywhere in Manhattan.
