I had never been to New York and I have heard such horror stories about the hotels and apartments there that I was very sceptic. What a relief and surprise it was when we arrived at our apartment. It was immaculately clean and tastefully decorated and the location was fantastic. We were close enough to the center to either walk or take a cab (very cheap) but on a nice quiet street!! We had such wonderful restaurants in the area and we always dined close to the apartment. The owner of the property was helpful and always provided us with the information that we asked for (good service quality). I think that this apartment was of superb quality for the price (I would stay there again) and I will definitely recommend Holiday Velvet to friends. Thanks for providing such a great place to stay in New York...it enhanced the experience.

Cancellation Policy

More than 30 days: In case of cancellation of a confirmed booking with more than 30 days prior warning, 100% of the booking deposit is forfeited.

Within 29 days: The cancellation of a confirmed booking within 29 days of the rental period entails the forfeiting of all payments made. The Client will also be liable for full amount of the rental rate.
If the client abandons the property, he loses all rights to any eventual refund or rebate.
If there's a "no-show" without the client giving prior warning to Holiday Velvet , the client is liable for 100% of the total booking amount.
Should you need to cancel the reservation due to unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather, airline cancellation, ill health etc, the same cancellation conditions as stated here apply.

As a precautionary measure, we strongly recommend that the Client purchase travel insurance.
