This short term rental apartment is located on the second floor and is a spacious studio with high ceilings, hard wood flooring and a full separate kitchen. The main living area is equipped to sleep four people with two full sized beds. There is an a/c, wireless high speed internet, flat panel TV with DVD player and a large dresser. The apartment also has two large storage closets and three large French windows that face a quiet street which provide for a very bright atmosphere.

The kitchen includes a 4-burner stove with oven, microwave, toaster and coffee maker. There are all of the basic kitchen utensils, dishes, pots and pans et al. The bathroom is spacious and has a bathtub/shower, w/c and sink.

The building provides a full laundry facility in the basement.
