This New York accommodation located over three levels is situated in Chelsea which is just west of the Theatre District: The bottom floor is located on the basement and holds the bedroom and bathroom. The living room is upstairs and comes with a sofa bed, chair, television and coffee table. The kitchen is on the third level upstairs with an outside patio.

The private patio allows you to relax outside while enjoying breakfast or just a drink after a hard days shopping.

This New York vacation apartment is located just west of the Theater District in an area known as Clinton. This Manhattan area is inhabited by young professionals, theater people and remnants of the old immigrant groups (Irish, Greeks, Eastern Europeans and Puerto Ricans). There loads of new restaurants and bars along 9th Ave for all budgets.

You'll be only two blocks from Times Square area and the Theater District.

Others: Public transportation is everywhere. Buses and Subway stations are all few steps away. Taxis are available day and night.

Cancellation Policy

More than 30 days: In case of cancellation of a confirmed booking with more than 30 days prior warning, 100% of the booking deposit is forfeited.

Within 29 days: The cancellation of a confirmed booking within 29 days of the rental period entails the forfeiting of all payments made. The Client will also be liable for full amount of the rental rate.
If the client abandons the property, he loses all rights to any eventual refund or rebate.
If there's a "no-show" without the client giving prior warning to Holiday Velvet , the client is liable for 100% of the total booking amount.
Should you need to cancel the reservation due to unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather, airline cancellation, ill health etc, the same cancellation conditions as stated here apply.

As a precautionary measure, we strongly recommend that the Client purchase travel insurance.
