The nearest subway (33rd street/6 line) is only two blocks away. Or, if you would rather take the bus, the nearest Westward bound NYC MTA Bus stop is conveniently located one block from the apartment.

Along 2nd and 3rd avenue you will have a choice of many restaurants, outdoor cafes, and shops.

The apartment itself was nice enough (and the staff in the New York office were fantastic - vey helpful and polite) - However the entry to the apartment (which I realise is not under your control - it is a shared space) was a little disappointing and run down. This is said in light of the price; because for a few extra dollars a night we stayed in The Bowery Hotel - which was very grand. Had Murray Hill 2 been $50 cheaper per night we probably would have enjoyed the slightly grungy NY experience of the rickety stair etc. Hope this helps - although I can't see you reducing your price!

Cancellation Policy

More than 30 days: In case of cancellation of a confirmed booking with more than 30 days prior warning, 800 USD is non refundable.

Within 29 days: The cancellation of a confirmed booking within 29 days of the rental period entails the forfeiting of all payments made. The Client will also be liable for 100% of the total rental.
If the client abandons the property, he loses all rights to any eventual refund or rebate.
If there's a "no-show" without the client giving prior warning to Holiday Velvet , the client is liable for 100% of the total booking amount.
Should you need to cancel the reservation due to unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather, airline cancellation, ill health etc, the same cancellation conditions as stated here apply.

As a precautionary measure, we strongly recommend that the Client purchase travel insurance.

If you cancel or change the check-in date, your deposit would be non refundable.
