This charming New York vacation apartment rental is located in the center of the bustling Greenwich Village district, a short walk to Soho with all its’ galleries and fashion boutiques. This apartment in New York is easily accessible to the subway and a large array of bars, restaurants and nightclubs are all within walking distance.

The apartment is quietly situated on the third floor of the building at the back overlooking a small courtyard. The living room is spacious and includes a double sized futon and a full sized bed. The room also has a flat screen TV, a/c, a dining table and ample closet space. The kitchen is open to the living room and includes a stove, microwave, refrigerator, as well as plenty of pots, pans, dishes and utensils et al. The bathroom has a ventilation window, tub/shower, w/c and sink with vanity.

Cancellation Policy

More than 30 days: In case of cancellation of a confirmed booking with more than 30 days prior warning, 100% of the booking deposit is forfeited.

Within 29 days: The cancellation of a confirmed booking within 29 days of the rental period entails the forfeiting of all payments made. The Client will also be liable for full amount of the rental rate.
If the client abandons the property, he loses all rights to any eventual refund or rebate.
If there's a "no-show" without the client giving prior warning to Holiday Velvet , the client is liable for 100% of the total booking amount.
Should you need to cancel the reservation due to unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather, airline cancellation, ill health etc, the same cancellation conditions as stated here apply.

As a precautionary measure, we strongly recommend that the Client purchase travel insurance.
