A homely 2 bedroom New York apartment with large terrace & internet on Waverly Place, 1/2 block from Washington Square Park, in the heart of the Greenwich Village in Manhattan. Vacation rental Minetta is on the 2nd floor (no elevator, 33 steps up) of an 1842 brownstone building on the lovely tree-lined Waverly Place street.

This New York apartment is light and spacious with plenty of windows and high ceilings with original moldings. There are 2 bedrooms, one large with a queen size bed and the other smaller with a double bed.

The living room of this New York vacation rental has cable television and there is a sofa bed for a fifth person. The kitchen comes fully equipped with dishwasher, microwave and coffe maker. The bathroom is with tub.
