This apartment rental in New York is located on the second floor of a lovely brownhouse building in central Manhattan. This manhattan building has a secure entrance with intercom system.

This New York apartment has a very cozy feel and is well decortated. Large enough to accommodate 6 people, it has a double-size futon bed in the living room, a queen size bedroom and in the second bedroom there are twin beds, which can be put together and converted into a king-size bed. In the living room of this New York rental there is a dining table with chairs, TV with cable. The open plan kitchen is fully equipped and there is one bathroom with tub and shower and a separate WC.

This apartment rental in New York is located just west of the Theater District in an area known as Clinton. This Manhattan area is inhabited by young professionals, theater people and remnants of the old immigrant groups (Irish, Greeks, Eastern Europeans and Puerto Ricans). There loads of new restaurants and bars along 9th Ave for all budgets.

You'll be only two blocks from Times Square area and the Theater District.

Cancellation Policy

More than 30 days: In case of cancellation of a confirmed booking with more than 30 days prior warning, 100% of the booking deposit is forfeited.

Within 29 days: The cancellation of a confirmed booking within 29 days of the rental period entails the forfeiting of all payments made. The Client will also be liable for full amount of the rental rate.
If the client abandons the property, he loses all rights to any eventual refund or rebate.
If there's a "no-show" without the client giving prior warning to Holiday Velvet , the client is liable for 100% of the total booking amount.
Should you need to cancel the reservation due to unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather, airline cancellation, ill health etc, the same cancellation conditions as stated here apply.

As a precautionary measure, we strongly recommend that the Client purchase travel insurance.
