 This New York apartment was very bright and comfortable. Situated in a really central part of midtown and close to a small supermarket which was very handy. The apartment block felt safe. The beds were comfortable and the shower was hot and powerful. The kitchen had minimal equipment but we managed. A toaster would have been an asset. Overall a pleasant stay and reasonably priced compared to booking 2 rooms in a New York hotel. I would certainly book again, thanks Berny Dear (16-09-2011) |

Within 1 month: In case of cancellation of a confirmed booking with more than 1 month prior warning, 100% of your downpayment including the security deposit is non refundable.
Within 2 weeks: In case of cancellation of a confirmed booking with more than 2 weeks prior warning, 100% of the booking total is owed.
If the client abandons the property, he loses all rights to any eventual refund or rebate.
If there's a "no-show" without the client giving prior warning to Holiday Velvet , the client is liable for 100% of the total booking amount.
Should you need to cancel the reservation due to unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather, airline cancellation, ill health etc, the same cancellation conditions as stated here apply.
As a precautionary measure, we strongly recommend that the Client purchase travel insurance.
