This New York holiday apartment is located on the Upper East Side in a quiet, elegant building a short walk from Central Park, the Metropolitan Museum and Guggenheim Museum. This New York apartment offers high ceilings and and air-conditioning.

The living room includes a flat screen TV, a DVD player, the two large futon couches (that open up to a double-sized beds), a dining table and three large windows while the bedrooms are equipped with two queen-sized beds and a large closet. The bathroom has a bathtub/shower, w/c and sink with vanity. The kitchen is equipped with a stove, refrigerator, sink, microwave, coffee- maker and toaster. There are plenty of pots, pans, dishes and utensils et al.

This holiday apartment has access through a private door to its’ own rear courtyard & garden area that is complete with outdoor furniture. It is a wonderful place to enjoy a coffee in the morning and/or simply relax with a newspaper/book. There is no smoking allowed inside the apartment however smoking is allowed in the garden courtyard. There is a full laundry facility located in the building’s basement. Finally, and very importantly, there is a management office also located within the building to service any/all needs.
