This charming New York apartment rental can sleep up to 4 people and has a small balcony with a table and chairs. The studio is located in a walkup building in the Upper West Side.

The living room has TV with cable, a dining table, a queen-sized sofa bed, a queen-sized Murphy bed (Murphy beds are housed inside double-door closets, which, when opened, allows the bed to be lowered to the floor).

The open-plan kitchen has a refrigerator, stove and microwave. There are dishes, pots, pans and utensils to make a meal. There is also a coffee maker and toaster.

The bathroom comes with a shower, sink and a WC. Towels and sheets are provided.

Riverside Park and Central Park are within short walking distance of this New York apartment rental. You are also very close to the 72nd street and Broadway subway station where the express trains reach midtown in 5 minutes and downtown in 15 minutes.

Cancellation Policy

More than 30 days: In case of cancellation of a confirmed booking with more than 30 days prior warning, 100% of the booking deposit is forfeited.

Within 29 days: The cancellation of a confirmed booking within 29 days of the rental period entails the forfeiting of all payments made. The Client will also be liable for full amount of the rental rate.
If the client abandons the property, he loses all rights to any eventual refund or rebate.
If there's a "no-show" without the client giving prior warning to Holiday Velvet , the client is liable for 100% of the total booking amount.
Should you need to cancel the reservation due to unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather, airline cancellation, ill health etc, the same cancellation conditions as stated here apply.

As a precautionary measure, we strongly recommend that the Client purchase travel insurance.
