Located on the first floor of a wonderful building in central Manhattan. this New York apartment is only two blocks from Times Square and a short distrance to the Theatre District.

Well furnished and great for large groups, this is New York apartment has a warm and inviting feel to it. This vacation rental sleeps up to 8 people and comprises of a queen-size sofa bed in the living room, a queen size bed in the master bedroom, a  master bedroom has a queen-size bed, in the second bedroom there's a full-size murphy bed (a bed that folds or slides into a closet) and the 3rd bedroom, there is a trundle twin bed, that can sleep comfortably two people. The open kitchen is fully equipped with a microwave, coffee maker, toaster, etc.

This New York apartment has fully equipped to make your stay a comfortable one including two bathrooms with bathtub and shower and a separate WC.

This New York vacation apartment is located just west of the Theater District in an area known as Clinton. This Manhattan area is inhabited by young professionals, theater people and remnants of the old immigrant groups (Irish, Greeks, Eastern Europeans and Puerto Ricans). There loads of new restaurants and bars along 9th Ave for all budgets.

You'll be only two blocks from Times Square area and the Theater District.
