This very spacious New York apartment of 1350 square feet is fully furnished. The apartment comprises of hardwood floors throughout. There are two bedrooms, one with a king size bed and the other with 2 single beds. In the living room is a pull out sofa bed. The apartment can sleeps up to 6 people.

The living room comes with a TV (1000 channels), VCR DVD player and stereo. The kitchen of this New York apartment is fully equipped with a dishwasher, microwave etc.

On top of that the views are spectacular, you have a great few over Manhattan facing either North-Ease or South-East.

Cancellation Policy

More than 30 days: In case of cancellation of a confirmed booking with more than 30 days prior warning, 100% of the booking deposit is forfeited.

Within 29 days: The cancellation of a confirmed booking within 29 days of the rental period entails the forfeiting of all payments made. The Client will also be liable for full amount of the rental rate.
If the client abandons the property, he loses all rights to any eventual refund or rebate.
If there's a "no-show" without the client giving prior warning to Holiday Velvet , the client is liable for 100% of the total booking amount.
Should you need to cancel the reservation due to unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather, airline cancellation, ill health etc, the same cancellation conditions as stated here apply.

As a precautionary measure, we strongly recommend that the Client purchase travel insurance.
