New York rental description
This cosy and functional Chelsea studio is two blocks from busy Times Square and the Theater district. Extremely well maintained, Midtown Studio is the perfect apartment to come back to after a tiring day visiting New York. Perfect for a couple or a couple with a child, the studio is furnished with a double murphy bed (Murphy beds are housed inside double-door closets, which, when opened, allows the bed to be lowered to the floor) and a single sofa bed. The open plan kitchen is fully equipped - there is also a microwave and a toaster. The bathroom comes with a shower. In the main room there is a television with cable channels and a stereo.

Midtown Studio is located on West 48th Street in Manhattan, Chelsea. You are in the heart of the Hell's Kitchen neighborhood, two blocks from Broadway and walking distance to Central Park. Other famous landmarks in the immediate area are the Film Center - an historic Art Deco building on 9th Avenue - and the Brill Building (built 1931). More than 30 days: In case of cancellation of a confirmed booking with more than 30 days prior warning, 100% of the booking deposit is forfeited.
Within 29 days: The cancellation of a confirmed booking within 29 days of the rental period entails the forfeiting of all payments made. The Client will also be liable for full amount of the rental rate.
If the client abandons the property, he loses all rights to any eventual refund or rebate.
If there's a "no-show" without the client giving prior warning to Holiday Velvet , the client is liable for 100% of the total booking amount.
Should you need to cancel the reservation due to unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather, airline cancellation, ill health etc, the same cancellation conditions as stated here apply.
As a precautionary measure, we strongly recommend that the Client purchase travel insurance.
