Vacation Rental Description

This spacious one bedroom apartment, located in Murray Hill, can comfortably accommodate up to four tenants.

Its living room, kitchenette, and bedroom are equipped with dark cherry colored wooden floors and decorated in a quasi-art deco like modern style. By contrast, the bathroom walls are lined with authentic beige marble, giving it a grandiose feel.

The white walls give a nice contrast to the dark floors, a rarity in any Manhattan apartment, and the neutral toned bedding ties the color scheme of the bedroom together.

The sleeping amenities are a queen sized bed, with night table and lamp, in the bedroom and a queen sized sofa bed in the living room. The kitchenette includes an oven, stove top, microwave, large cabinets, a large refrigerator, kitchen sink, toaster, coffee maker, flatware, silverware, and other necessary kitchen utensils.

The living room includes A/C, two small single person couches, a large sofa, 26 inch flat screen TV, table, and, as with all of our apartments, high speed cable internet access. The bathroom includes a full tub with shower head.

About New York Murray Hill

Murray Hill is a residential neighborhood in Manhattan located conveniently south of Grand Central Terminal and is near many restaurants, outdoor cafes, and local shops.

The apartment is also two blocks away from the Empire State Building, making it a prime location for a sightseeing vacation.

Along with being within walking distance of a transportation hub such as Penn Station, it is also one block away from the NYC Westward bound MTA Bus stop, and two blocks away from the nearest subway station (33 and Park Ave/ 6 train).
