Vacation Rental Description

This spectacular apartment features a spacious living room and three cozy bedrooms, each room with a different character from the bedroom with the soothing neutral color scheme to a bedroom boasting dark angular furniture contrast by the crisp white walls with a sleeker feel.

The living room itself contains one large sofa (which unfolds into a bed), one charming cream love seat, and an accompanying cushioned chair of the same cream color. The largest couch rests against a quaint brick wall adding to the calm atmosphere to the room.

The loft has a full sized bed, two of the rooms have a queen sized bed, and one of the rooms has a twin sized bed.

The apartment features a large kitchenette, reminiscent of a full sized kitchen since it is separated from the living room by a narrow bench/dining table able to sit two people.

This apartment is on the 2nd floor in a walk -up building. The kitchenette comes equipped with an oven, stove top, microwave, large refrigerator, cabinets, toaster, coffee maker, silverware, flatware, and other necessary kitchenware.

This apartment also includes both high speed cable and wireless Internet access, phone service (unlimited Local and long distance phone calling in US and Canada), A flat TV (35 inch), and, as with all of our apartments, bed linens and towels are provided.

About New York Central Park

This area, directly opposite of the legendary Central Park, needs no introduction.

New York's premier attractions such as Columbus Circle, Lincoln Center, Carnegie Hall, and New Time Warner (a unique shopping mall with couture shops and high end restaurants) are only minutes away by foot.

Many major subway lines (A,C,B,D,1) are just two blocks away from your door and the eastward MTA bus is only a step away from your door.

The apartment is also within walking distance of Times Square.
