The surrounding neighborhood of SoHo offers many fine restauarants and the shopping on Broadway (2 blocks away) is some of the best in New York City. This furnished New York holiday apartment is located on Rivington Street And Bowery which has many coffeehouses and other various forms of entertainment. Greenwich Village, Tribeca, Little Italy, and Chinatown are all a short walking distance away.

This New York apartment is easily accessible to the subway (6 / J / M / F / V Train) and a large selection of bars, restaurants are all within walking distance. A block away from Whole Food supermarket and famous Pullino’s Pizzeria (same owner as Balthazar and Pastis)

Adorable 2 bedroom New York holiday apartment. Perfectly located at the entrance of Soho/Nolita ideal for shopping and to enjoy your stay like a typical newyorker. This New York apartment is quietly located on the first floor (1 floor up) of the building for an easy access.

The living room includes a double sized foldable couch. The room also has a flat screen TV. The kitchen is open to the living room and includes a stove, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher as well as plenty of pots, pans, dishes and utensils. Both bedrooms are equipped with full size beds and 9” mattresses. There is lots of light in each room.

All rooms are simply designed to provide a pleasant stay for a party of one to four people.

Note: Not suitable for people under 14 years of age

the location is ideal for shopping in and around soho, which we found very good, ideal for many small restaurants, handy to metro at prince st. we found the foodworks store 2 blocks away excellent for organic food, ready to go meals , fresh fruit etc. We explored greenwich village, china town and little italy all within walking distance and also walked down to the financial district and piers area. we had a wonderful time in new york and found this apartment ideally suited our needs.

Property was clean and in a great location. Beds comfortable and bathroom big and shower great. Kitchen clean and crockery/utensils new and in good condition.Washing machine was broken which was an issue - but Pierre re-imbursed with cab fare back to airport. Dishwasher had to be turned on when we left for the day because it was so noisy- but lucky to have a dishwasher.I would definately stay again.

- If the client abandons the property, he loses all rights to any eventual refund or rebate.
- If there's a "no-show" without the client giving prior warning to Holiday Velvet , the client is liable for 100% of the total booking amount.
- Should you need to cancel the reservation due to unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather, airline cancellation, ill health etc, the same cancellation conditions as stated here apply.
