This is a real functional Riad, arranged tastefully and designed for the comfort each guest. This wonderful Morocco villa is located in the heart of the Casbah and can sleep up to 10 people in 6 bedrooms. Each bedroom comes with it's own to bathroom. There are numerous terraces to relax on and if things get too hot, you can take advantage of the small pool. The kitchen is fully equipped and the owner has made sure that you can take advantage of all the modern comforts on offer. There's also a games room for children, satellite TV and internet.
About Morocco Marrakech
Riad in the city centre, on a private location in the heart of the Casbah, in a quiet street away from the noisy animation of Marrakech. You are a 3 minutes walk away from the Casbah gate, the historical cemetery "les tombeaux saadiens" and a 15 minutes walk away from the famous "Jamaa El Fna" market square. The Riad is easily accessible by taxi at any time. You are in the Casbah area and can do both shopping and sightseeing by foot.

Deposit Payment: The deposit amount as stated on your voucher is non-refundable.
Within 30 days: In case of cancellation thirty days or less before the arrival, the Client owes the full amount of the rent.
If the client abandons the property, he loses all rights to any eventual refund or rebate.
If there's a "no-show" without the client giving prior warning to Holiday Velvet , the client is liable for 100% of the total booking amount.
Should you need to cancel the reservation due to unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather, airline cancellation, ill health etc, the same cancellation conditions as stated here apply.
As a precautionary measure, we strongly recommend that you subscribe to a travel insurance with our partner or with the insurance company of your choice.
