This Marrakech holiday rental and self-catering accommodation can sleep up to 6 people. There are 2 bedrooms: the first one has a double bed and the second one has 2 twin beds. The bright open living room has a large sectional sofa (which can be converted to a sofa bed) and a satellite TV. The separate fully-equipped kitchen has all modern amenities for preparing meals at home. The bathroom has a shower. Separate toilets. This rental also has air conditioning and a washing machine.
The shared pool area is complete with lounge chairs and covered sun shades. It offers a restaurant by the pool to enjoyy lunch and relax. It also offers a full spa with hamam bath and gymnasium. Outside sports activities are private address the reception for special conditions.

More than 30 days: In case of cancellation of a confirmed booking with more than 30 days prior warning the booking deposit is reimbursed.
Within 29 days: The cancellation of a confirmed booking within 29 days of the rental period entails the forfeiting of all payments made. The Client will also be liable for the amount of 1 nights rental of the property rented.
Within 7 days: In case of cancellation of a confirmed booking within 7 days of the arrival date, the Client will be liable for 4 nights rental.
If the client abandons the property, he loses all rights to any eventual refund or rebate.
If there's a "no-show" without the client giving prior warning to Holiday Velvet , the client is liable for 100% of the total booking amount.
Should you need to cancel the reservation due to unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather, airline cancellation, ill health etc, the same cancellation conditions as stated here apply.
As a precautionary measure, we strongly recommend that you subscribe to a travel insurance with our partner or with the insurance company of your choice.
