This Miami accommodation is located in a prestigious gated community on Biscayne Bay and is great for entertaining with a heated pool, outdoor grill, washer and dryer, two bicycles, internet hook-up. In the living room there is a 55' wide screen TV with surround sound and the stereo has outdoor speakers for the pool area. In the master there is a 32' LCD. Available for short term rental this villa in Miami is very comfortable with plenty of deck furniture. In the back yard there is a 70 ft pier and fishing poles are available. There are no fixed bridges to the ocean and it is about 4 miles to Haulover cut, where you would access the ocean. There is a 2 car garage and a 42 foot sport cruiser available for charter and there is space for a 30 ft boat if you want to bring your own. Move right in. Fully stocked with all amenities--just bring your personal items.

 Everything was great about the house, it was just as luxurious as expected and had quite a lot of unexpected goods (such as washing powder and things) as well. Any problems we had were quickly resolved by the very helpful landlord and we had a great time in general. More than 61 days: In case of cancellation of a confirmed booking with more than 61 days prior warning, the booking deposit is retained.
Within 60 days: The cancellation of a confirmed booking within 60 days of the rental period, 100% of the booking amount is retained.
If the client abandons the property, he loses all rights to any eventual refund or rebate.
If there's a "no-show" without the client giving prior warning to Holiday Velvet , the client is liable for 100% of the total booking amount.
Should you need to cancel the reservation due to unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather, airline cancellation, ill health etc, the same cancellation conditions as stated here apply.
As a precautionary measure, we strongly recommend that the Client purchase travel insurance.
