It is a 2 story comfortable well decorated spacious home with contemporary furniture that was substantially renovated in 2005. Entering the property you penetrate in the spacious living room featuring 18 feet (6meters) high ceilings and large windows. The living room overlooks the pool patios and provides a great view of the large canal. To the left of the living room, there is the formal dining room that offers serene views of the canal. The spacious kitchen is very comfortable and features a breakfast area overlooking the canal. The first bedroom is located on the ground floor opposite the dining room; the marble bathroom is adjacent to it.

The Miami vacation home offers a great outdoor life with its superb pool area and its lounge chairs to take advantage of Miami's sun, its shaded porch where guests can read or enjoy a nice lunch.
