This vacation villa in Miami is located in North Miami on the exclusive island of Keystone point you will find this lovely 2,806 square feet 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom luxury villa. This Miami villa is perfect for entertaining or just taking it easy in the lovely backyard and pool area. Its numerous palm trees provides shade and create a very relaxing environment. This cozy vacation villa can easily accommodate up to ten guests.

One of the few legal vacation homes in Miami, we are fully licensed.

The villa floor plan is airy and provides ample space for its guests. The interior design is modern and proves to be very pleasant to live. In the kitchen area you will find beautiful dark wooden cabinets with granite countertops, you will also find top of the line appliances. The gourmet kitchen opens up in the dining room and the living room area which has beautiful views of the pool.

The master bedroom is spacious with a comfortable king size bed and a large marble bathroom with a lovely vanity and a tub. The second bedroom has two twin beds and a charming bathroom with a shower that opens up to the pool area.
The third bedroom is equipped with a queen size bed which shares a modern bathroom with the 4 bedroom.

The outdoor area is perfect for relaxing, reading, BBQ's, sunbathing or just taking a nice refreshing dip in pool.

Cancellation Policy

More than 61 days: In case of cancellation of a confirmed booking with more than 61 days prior warning, 20% of the booking deposit is retained.

Within 31 and 60 days: The cancellation of a confirmed booking within 31 and 60 days of the rental period, 50% of the booking deposit is retained.
Within 15 and 30 days: Should you need to cancel between 15 and 30 days of your arrival, 100% of your booking deposit is retained.
Within 14 days: All cancellations that occur within 14 days of arrival, 100% of the rental payment will be retained.
If the client abandons the property, he loses all rights to any eventual refund or rebate.
If there's a "no-show" without the client giving prior warning to Holiday Velvet , the client is liable for 100% of the total booking amount.
Should you need to cancel the reservation due to unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather, airline cancellation, ill health etc, the same cancellation conditions as stated here apply.

As a precautionary measure, we strongly recommend that the Client purchase travel insurance.
