This wonderful 2200 square feet 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom waterfront luxury villa is located in North Miami on the exclusive island of Keystone. This luxury villa has a lush and tropical landscaping to take advantage of a great outdoor space, with a serene back yard and wonderful pool. Its numerous palm trees provide shades and create a very relaxing environment. Guests will enjoy the outdoor with its superb pool where they will relax, read or prepare some nice meals. The dock can be used to fish or to use a boat and enjoy great vacations

This Miami villa is centrally located close to Miami Beach Bal Harbour and Aventura. The villa floor plan is airy and provides ample space for its guests. The interior design is cozy with modern furniture and proves to be very pleasant to live. The house was recently renovated to provide maximum comfort to our guests, it will comfortably accommodate 2 or 3 couples or a large family.

Materials used throughout this luxury villa are upscale with top quality marble and gorgeous hardwood floors. The gourmet kitchen opens up in the dining room and the living room. From the living room guests can access the pool through sliding doors.

The Master bedroom is spacious and offers a peaceful view on the pool deck and the canal. The marble master bathroom is top of the line with a Jacuzzi bath tub and a large shower cabin.

The second master suite is isolated and located next to the kitchen and therefore provides privacy, it is equipped with a large queen size bed. Its marble bathroom is spacious and features a tub.

The second bedroom is equipped with twin beds and is perfect for kids.

The third bedroom is equipped with a comfortable queen size bed. Bedroom 2 and bedroom 3 share a wonderful marble bathroom equipped with a tub.

Cancellation Policy

More than 61 days: In case of cancellation of a confirmed booking with more than 61 days prior warning, 20% of the booking deposit is retained.

Within 31 and 60 days: The cancellation of a confirmed booking within 31 and 60 days of the rental period, 50% of the booking deposit is retained.
Within 15 and 30 days: Should you need to cancel between 15 and 30 days of your arrival, 100% of your booking deposit is retained.
Within 14 days: All cancellations that occur within 14 days of arrival, 100% of the rental payment will be retained.
If the client abandons the property, he loses all rights to any eventual refund or rebate.
If there's a "no-show" without the client giving prior warning to Holiday Velvet , the client is liable for 100% of the total booking amount.
Should you need to cancel the reservation due to unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather, airline cancellation, ill health etc, the same cancellation conditions as stated here apply.

As a precautionary measure, we strongly recommend that the Client purchase travel insurance.
