This minimal open concept Miami holiday villa is a short term rental for your stay in Miami Beach. With its spacious layout it features 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and can easily accommodate 10 guests. This waterfront Miami villa has a lovely backyard with a beautiful pool area where you can sit and enjoy the lush tropical setting.

One of the few legal vacation homes in Miami, we are fully licensed.

This holiday villa is close to the ocean, Bal Harbour and Aventura. Materials used throughout the villa are upscale with top quality fixtures throughout. The gourmet kitchen opens up in the dining room where you will find seating for 8 people. The living room has breath taking views of the water and pool area. This home is very tastefully decorated and very cozy.

The master bedroom has a large king size bed and sliding doors that opens up to the pool area. The second master suite is equipped with a large queen size bed. Its marble bathroom is spacious and features a tub. The third bedroom is equipped with a comfortable queen size bed. The fourth bedroom is equipped with twin beds.

The backyard is large and tranquil. Its numerous palm trees provide shades and create a very relaxing environment. Guests will enjoy the outdoor with its superb pool where they will relax, read or prepare some nice meals. The dock can be used to fish or to use a boat and enjoy great vacations.

Cancellation Policy

More than 61 days: In case of cancellation of a confirmed booking with more than 61 days prior warning, 20% of the booking deposit is retained.

Within 31 and 60 days: The cancellation of a confirmed booking within 31 and 60 days of the rental period, 50% of the booking deposit is retained.
Within 15 and 30 days: Should you need to cancel between 15 and 30 days of your arrival, 100% of your booking deposit is retained.
Within 14 days: All cancellations that occur within 14 days of arrival, 100% of the rental payment will be retained.
If the client abandons the property, he loses all rights to any eventual refund or rebate.
If there's a "no-show" without the client giving prior warning to Holiday Velvet , the client is liable for 100% of the total booking amount.
Should you need to cancel the reservation due to unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather, airline cancellation, ill health etc, the same cancellation conditions as stated here apply.

As a precautionary measure, we strongly recommend that the Client purchase travel insurance.
