This very Miami vacation house was totally renovated in 2004 with top of the line materials and great minimalist taste; it features a very contemporary look with its overprized ceiling in the living room. The villa is decorated with comfortable and colorful furniture. Entering the villa you penetrate directly in the lofty style living room with its large windows creating an airy and spacious atmosphere. On the west side of the house, next to the living room, you will find a spacious gourmet kitchen with stainless steel appliances and a long dinner table. Adjacent to it, there is the dining room with doors that allow you to access the garden and pool area. This room area overlooks the deck and the canal. On the East side of this beautiful home you'll find the three bedrooms, all of them with gorgeous wood floors and decorated with bright colors. The first bedroom is decorated with yellow furniture, facing a tropical patio. The bed is a queen size and is contiguous to its marble bathroom. Bedroom number 2 features 2 twin beds with green furniture and next to it the other bathroom tastefully decorated. The master bedroom is spacious surrounded by windows offering a great view of the garden and the canal. The bathroom is modern with a bathtub, a super sized shower cabin with 2 large showers head and a plasma TV. The garden is very pleasant with a great pool, a convenient barbeque and comfortable outdoor furniture for you to relax and enjoy. This vacation rental home is perfect to accommodate up to eight people and It also has a two car garage.
