So accommodate that manyrnpeople, the Flamingo was designed with 'Resort Style Living' in mind,rnrather than any ordinary condominium. No other building in SoBe evenrncomes close in terms of amenities, comfort and convenience!

LOCATION: When Guests visit Miami Beach, there is a reason why they prefer to stay in South Beach more than any other area. For one reason, it is one of thernfew area that you actually do not need a care to enjoy your rnsurroundings. The Flamingo is conveniently locate in the heart of SouthrnBeach. If you are not already familiar with Lincoln Road, ...you needrnto be! Lincoln Road is a history landmark for Miami Beach dating backrnto 1912. The pedestrian street mall is renewed for it's bars,rnrestaurants, lounges, shopping, art galleries, etc. All of which are atrnyour fingertips since it is located 1.5 blocks from the Flamingo.

Take Lincoln Road all the way to the end, and you will find yourself on ourrnbeautiful white sandy beaches in about 10-15 minute walk.

Cancellation Policy

More than 30 days: In case of cancellation of a confirmed booking with more than 61 days prior warning, 50% of the booking deposit is retained.

Within 29 days: The cancellation of a confirmed booking within 29 days of the rental period, 100% of the booking deposit is retained.
Within 15 days: Should you need to cancel between 15 and 00 days of your arrival, 100% of your booking amount is required.
If the client abandons the property, he loses all rights to any eventual refund or rebate.
If there's a "no-show" without the client giving prior warning to Holiday Velvet , the client is liable for 100% of the total booking amount.
Should you need to cancel the reservation due to unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather, airline cancellation, ill health etc, the same cancellation conditions as stated here apply.

As a precautionary measure, we strongly recommend that the Client purchase travel insurance.
